Greta King

Greta King attained qualifications from the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry before immigrating to Australia where she founded King Legal and is the  principal lawyer and Director of the firm.  

Greta went on to attend the University of Western Sydney where she undertook a Bachelor of Laws Degree and Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice.  Greta did a postgraduate programme in Master of Laws (Applied Law) majoring in Family Law at The College of Law.

Greta has a Graduate Diploma of Family Dispute Resolution also from The College of Law.

Greta is also an accredited Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner, as well as a Mediator accredited under the National Mediation Accreditation System by the Law Society of New South Wales.

Greta is admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of New South Wales as well as the High Court of Australia.

During Greta’s law career she has been the instructing solicitor in various complicated cases both in the High Court of Australia and Supreme Court of New South Wales, as well as the Federal jurisdiction.

Greta’s main focus is Family Law covering parenting, complex property matters and Divorce Applications, as well as Surrogacy.

Greta also practices in the area of commercial law, property and conveyancing.

Geta is the recipient of numerous awards such as the New South Wales Law Society President’s Award and Parramatta City Council Australia Day Awards.

Greta is a member of various organisations such as The Law Society of New South Wales, Hunter Valley Family Law Practitioners’ Association, Resolution Institute, as  the Secretary of the Brisbane Waters Rotary Club.
